It feels like it has been so long ago since we were in Barcelona.
How can that be? It is now mid-June and the year does not seem to slow down. I
am excited to finally have a bit of time to share the first batch of photos
from our recent trip, this was my favorite part of the trip without a doubt.
When we were in Barcelona I wanted to journal about the experiences,
take notes on the things that I loved and any tips that I did not want to
forget, but I just did not get to it. I would spend most of my down time
knitting, printing photos, painting and scrapbooking. And then once I took a macramé
class, I could not stop doing that. It is funny how we just want to do it all,
all the time.
Well in the middle of all the walking, exploring, and crafting
going on, I signed up for a Farm to Table Gastronomic Day Trip through
Barcelona Slow Travel. I could not have asked for a better gift then this adventure. I think it is so easy to get caught up in material things that you forget how incredible the gift of an adventure can be.
